Warranty

ProCell Surgical Inc warrants that its products shall be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original invoice date. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. ProCell Surgical Inc. agrees during the warranty period to provide replacement product to the customer upon receipt and confirmation of defective product. Warranty returned product is not to be shipped to ProCell Surgical Inc. without a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number. Purchaser assumes all risks and liability resulting from the use of these products, whether used separately or in combination with other products. The warranty does not apply if the purchaser is not current on all outstanding payment to ProCell Surgical Inc at the time of such claim. ProCell Surgical Inc. may modify or terminate its warranty program at any time, however, any changes to the warranty program will not affect products already purchased at the time of such change. Purchaser’s sole remedy with respect to claims related to ProCell Surgical Inc’s products are restricted to the warranty policy.

Return Policy

ProCell Surgical Inc. accepts returns and will issue a credit in accordance with the following:
Purchaser may return product within ninety (90) calendar days of the invoice date. The product must be unopened in its original packaging. Product is not to be shipped to ProCell Surgical Inc. without a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and freight must be prepaid. The return shall be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credit is issued upon receipt of the returned product at ProCell Surgical Inc. and the product is verified to be in its original packaging and the packaging is unopened and undamaged. Product must not have less than 6 months remaining before expiration upon receipt at ProCell Surgical Inc.
